The created node with uploaded document did not be shown in list in admin/content/document.

The link at admin/content/document is for moderation. Only Unpublished documents are shown in that list, which can be published/deleted by authorized users with "moderate document" permission.

Published documents would not be shown there. You can view the same at either "document" (the search function) which also allows users with the same permission to unpublish/delete already published documents. Alternatively, you can have the document list at admin/content/node.
