Add new related content type. Create a new feature to house this.
This should consist of a new content type with the following fields: http://demo.ckan.org/dataset/afghanistan-election-data/related/new
This should include a view of related content: http://demo.ckan.org/dataset/alexandria-poverty/related
A Block should show up if there is related content: http://demo.ckan.org/dataset/alexandria-poverty
Please include this block in a separate context in a 'Related' group
Please add a menu tab for 'Related' on Dataset content types.

JimCraner commentedWhat is the user story for this one? Could this be served simply with a node reference field on Datasets or Resources named "Related" that lets users associate them that way?
