Consider moving the Display Cache configuration page so it appears as a secondary tab under the Performance page. This will help reduce menu clutter, while grouping this page with other related admin functions.

I think this still applies. But I think we should remove the menu item as it does only provide a flush cache button and add this to the performance form.
