In the place of breadcrumbs, it shows just "Home".

The breadcrumb is not modified by disknode. So for whatever reason the breadcrumb isn't properly shown, it's not caused by disknode.
I'm sure that other node types (like page) will have the same result on your site.

Correct, I had enabled taxonomy_context for all the other node types.
