I have just now installed devtools on my laptools. it is causing following error. however before this installation my site was working fine.

can you please help and guide

I'm not able to reproduce this error; I believe it may be related to you using IIS as your webserver. Can you try this same codebase on Apache?

Still haven't come across this issue. Please re-open if it can be reproduced.
