When I turn on Devel Themer, the sub-navigation tabs disappear for any user visiting my site. For example, I can still navigate to /user/99/edit or /user/99/view, but the EDIT and VIEW tabs do not appear.

This is a real problem since it does not affect only my session, but ALL the users visiting the site while I have Devel themer on.

Sounds like the same problem as in #534026: theme devel + me aliases modules = broken tabs and menus. If so, it's now fixed.
