It would be nice to have a page where all /devel items could be listed, similar to how administration items are listed at /admin, /admin/structure, etc.

I started working on this for Drupal 8, but it had no effect.
I'm attaching the patch for Drupal 7 as well. The Drupal 7 one works. I know features start in the latest Drupal.
