Can't create snapshot, demo user/role not created, now what?

Hi!

So immediately after I installed this module, it says that it couldn't create the user "demo1@qclangley.plexio.com:8080", so it's trying to create the demo user using my website's address which is obviously invalid.

Thus, the user doesn't get created or the role, which is probably affecting the rest of the module, seeing as how I can't create a snapshot or anything.
Under Status is just says: Last Reset: Wed, 12/31/1969 - 17:00

I tried hacking the install file to create the account using a valid email address, but this seems to only want to run once, even if i remove the module and try to re-install it.

What do I do? I'd really like/need to use this module, and there's not much documentation.
