A registered user should be able to vote in a way that would make later inspection not reveal who he/she voted for while keeping the registered user from voting multiple time (if he's not allowed to).

This could be done by maintaining a user-decision map of "who voted on what decision".

This is a really important feature for "democratic" anonymous elections. It must be documented who has voted, but not what individual people voted. Any progress in this task? It is open since more than 3 years! Thanks.
