Add comment link to vote-block (How to build own?)

Hi

I originally looked into the Decisions module since the normal poll module does not give me the option to display a "Add comment" Link as shown on the node page.

In case one displays the poll only in the sidebar this is essential for users to know they can add comments and how.

Any possibility to add this to the block?

If not, can you tell me what sourcecode I need to enter in the block to build a second latest-poll block where I can add the Link? or can I somehow build a View that displays your Block?
