Ddblock not showing

Okay I suspect I'm missing something very basic here, but i just cannot get my ddblock to show up on my website. I've double checked the permissions and followed the other suggested advice to no avail, so I believe I must be missing something, hopefully you can help.

I uncommented the dsm lines in the template.php file and got the following:
