ppblaauw commentedI had a look at the site.
In FF the site shows the slideshow, but it has only one image, so it doesn't slide.
In chrome and IE I get a javascript error, slide does not show.
I don't see the scrolling down.

krisvlo commentedI had to modify the block to avoid having to scroll down, but this means no more fading between images.
I had to set the number of images to '1' which stops the fading (any transition) but also causes the block to be the size of one single image.
It used to be set to 15 (to loop between 15 images) but than the block is stretched to the length of 15 stacked images until it is loaded. As the image only loads in FF, the block ended up being 15 time 260 pixels high.
This means the (high) banner on the frontpage is now configured almost the same as the (small) banner on all the other pages. But the frontpage block is not working correctly, but the block on the other pages is...
There's only a few differences in the config of both blocks:
* different folders (due to the different image sizes - images are stored with the correct dimensions)
* different block dimensions (due to the different image sizes)
* different image-cache configs (due to the different image sizes - although both configs only perform a resize, which in reality is not necessary as the images were stored in the correct dimensions)
* "only showing on frontpage" versus "showing on all pages but frontpage"
My guess is that it has something to do with the latter of the three.

ppblaauw commentedThe issue that the slideshow is not working, is the javascript error.
When the javascript error is solved the slideshow would work and the nodes will not "scroll down"

krisvlo commentedBefore I forget again: Thanks for your assistance!
Ok, that makes sense. But the js-file which is pointed at is a generated file. Besides that, I don't how to start debugging this.
If anybody has a clue, I attached the generated js which contains the error on line 2350 (according to the IE-message).
I also added the original js from the ddblock module.

krisvlo commentedApparently when I activate the HTML-filter on the Full-HTML Input Format, the image is displayed (tested with one image only, so don't know about fading between images) correctly. However, that messes-up the Twitter an Facebook blocks, and causes Images in articles not to be displayed. So it resolves the ddblock js-bug, but messes up a whole lot of other blocks and articles...
