Hi,
I am using DDBlock and have created a views slideshow following the tutorials online.
Only one thing eludes me - how do i get a text field that appears for multiple images, and that will show in the slideshow?
I have attached a jpeg file to clarify.

What text do you want to use?

hi, thanks for reading, and sorry for being undescriptive..

i followed the tutorial at this link : http://drupal.org/node/814132

i just need a place to be able to add captions, to each image in the slideshow..
Right now, it shows me just an area to add alt text and a description for each image. Also the description does not show when the slideshow is viewed. So basically i badly just need a caption field..

I tried adding the description field in the view, and saved the view, but it does not show!

The tutorial you followed is for the views_slideshow module.
