ppblaauw commentedWhat are you using of the ddblock module?
When you use the basic option you can create a new block.
When you use the advanced options you can create a new ddblock instance and choose another theme layout.
Creating another instance will create another block which you can place in a region or node.
Hope this helps you further, please let me know.

drecute commentedPlease clarify. What do you mean by "choose another theme layout"?
At the moment, I have advanced ddblock set up, but I want another one on a different page template. But after doing the same thing I did to the first one that made it work, the new one refuse to display any message.
I tried debugging using the drupal_set_message in the template.php file but I got only one debug info messages leaving out the new one i just created.

With "choose another theme layout" I mean select one of the other upright themes, other free themes which can be downloaded from http://ddblock.myalbums.biz or a commercial theme which can be purchased at http://themes.myalbums.biz
Do you use the same view and block display of this view for your second slideshow?
Do you place the second slideshow in a region or in a node?
If in a node what code do you use?
Can you send the debug info, your template.php file and a link to your Drupal site?

drecute commentedThanks Philip for the reply.
I set up a different view and block display for the second slideshow.
I placed the second slideshow in a region.
The debug info is as follows:
You can find the site here: http://dev.pekuliarproperties.com/property/Bungalow/2
I have also attached the template.php file.
Thanks

ppblaauw commentedYour preprocess function and the result of the debug lines look ok.
I don't see a ddblock slideshow block at your site, maybe you did not give permissions yet to view ddblock slideshows for anonymous users.
Do you have at least 2 PUBLISHED nodes?
Can you clear the cache at: Administer > Site configuration > Performance
Comment #6
drecute commentedThe problem I had was that the ddblock aren't showing.
I think I now know what the problem is. The view I created for the website makes use of views arguments. When I removed the arguments, then I was able to see the ddblock. Also, I'm not sure if ddblock provides support for views arguments. I am looking for a way to integrate this anyway.
What do you think Philip?
