Cannot see images/full slideshow using advanced ddblock

Hi there, i've been putting this off for a long time trying to figure out myself but without success. Hopefully someone can help me find the answer to finishing my ddblock after going over the tutorials, videos, reported issues over and over again.

My advanced ddblock is on my homepage and ONLY the title of the block is showing, no images, no slideshow styling etc etc.

Details of template.php are attached with screenshot of slideshow not working. Plus results of uncommenting the "drupal set messages".

Any help much appreciated.
