After installing Dynamic Display Block in mu Drupal(7.2) site I can see that the module is switched on in the module list. But under 'structure' I don't see a link to the configuration panel of the Dynamic Display Module.
It happens both with 7.x-1.0-beta1 and 7.x-1.x-dev.
I can't visit the page by the going to admin/structure/ddblock, that brings me to the structure page.

The only thing I can think of is that you are not logged in as user1 and you need to give permissions to the user you are logged in, to administer and view dynamic display blocks.

Can you have a look at the permission page if permissions are given?

I am logged in as user1 and I do have permissions to configure the module (just checked it to be sure)!
I don't have problems with other modules!

Can you uninstall the module and install it again?
Also please check the read permissions on the file server, if all files have read permissions.

Hello, i complete this subject with my tests :

I installed the dev version (7.x-1.x-dev) , and for themes ; ddblock-upright10p-60p-v7-1-2.rar . And had no possibility to access admin pages (structure>ddblock item no available).

Then I uninstalled the previous module and installed beta version (7.x-1.0-beta1) and vsdupright1060V1-2.rar for themes files.

I have now the admin pages for ddblock.

But no way to see theme files even if placed both in /sites/all/themes/fusion/mysubtheme/custom and /www/sites/all/modules/ddblock/custom, both with 755 access rights. I am using first admin (user1) user and gave the rights to see (all roles) and administer (all authenticated users) for views ddblock… but that’s another subject I guess…

(Work with Drupal 7.2, 2011-05-25 – subtheme of fusion theme based on starter)

Hope to find the good way, but i didn't saw yet the solution in existing issues or tutorial

vsdupright1060V1-2.rar are the slideshow themes for the views_slideshow_ddblock module.
You will need the ddblock-upright10p-60p-v7-1-2.rar file for the ddblock module.

I thought these files were used only with the developement version of ddblock.
Now it works fine
