I am using the rc6 version of ddblock and I am finding that when I try to use either the disclaimer or splash modules in a mode where a thickbox, lightbox nyromodal type popup is used for a splash that the splah will not work if there is a ddblock in the page.

I have tried various things to get it working but the best I am at now is that am quite sure that it is ddblock and these modules that are conflicting.

One thing to add....

My suspicion is that the JS loop that runs on the DDblock is preventing the JS on the popup from being executed. If this was the case, I guess it would come down to somehow making sure the disclaimer or splash module is run on the page before the ddblock is run?
