Marketing and design updates - sponsor badges

• Need to start working on sponsor badge designs for sponsors

Logistics for collecting t-shirt shipping info

• We’ll discuss this more next week. Backup plan is to collect address information via a google form that we email out

Keynote and maintainer interview updates

• Nick will follow up with Melina to make sure everything is going well
• Matthew will work to get bio information for our second keynote speaker

Session submission update

• Session submission closes today at midnight (MT). We’ll plan to select sessions in next week’s meeting

2021 trainings

• Nick will get landing pages for trainings built this week

2021 summits

• DevOps is coming along well - they have two sessions planned already. Only need to fill one more session.
• Salim is working with the Non-profit summit line up speakers
• Libraries team is reaching out to proposed speakers and working to line up sessions
• Joel reached out to a potential sponsor about the higher ed

Sponsorship updates

• Forum One is onboard and all set. Need to add their logo to the website.

Hopin status

• Need to confirm that we’re all set on the Hopin side to start driving traffic to the registration page
