Keynote and maintainer interview outreach update

• Not much movement last week because of drupalcon. Planning to re-connect with maintainers this week.
• Melina is in for the keynote!

2021 trainings

• Randy is 100% in for a training.
• Salim would like to organize an AWS training

2021 summits

• Chris and Phil worked together last week to brainstorm outreach ideas for the summits that doesn’t require organizers to use personal email addresses.
• Going to start email marketing around summit awareness.

Sponsorship updates

• Elevated Third is in as core sponsor!
• DevPanel is on board as a summit and Hopin sponsor

Hopin setup status

• Matthew has just about everything setup now, has created tickets and cleared out unneeded data.
• Need to figure out if the email that is sent when you make a purchase using stripe can be customized

Sessionize review

• This is just about ready. We need to finish the team review of the submission form and then we can go for it.
• We’ll plan to link offsite to the hosted sessionize form.

Website updates

• Blog overview and details are pushed up and ready for review.

Marketing and design updates

• Matthew will pass along contact info for someone at Pantheon that Phil can reach out to so we can learn more about how they handled t-shirts at Drupalcon.
• Save the date email going out this week.
• Summit-focused newsletter going next week.
• Confirm we can find a way to do coupon codes through a drop-shipping service for shirts.
