Sponsorship updates
- Nick working to send out updated invoices while Nelson is out of town

Summit updates (Updates from Chris in Slack)
- I have a potential organizer for the higher ed summit. I’ll know for sure by next week’s meeting.
- I had a great call with Kay, Owen, and Nathan regarding the Library Summit agenda. We’ll be doing some outreach to potential speakers and discussion leaders this week and next.
- The Library Summit organizers would like to send out a message to potential attendees in the next few weeks to let them know if registration is open. Before doing that though, is registration ready? Mostly, I want to make sure we got the diversity questions added before I tell people to register.
- I’ll be reaching out to the Non-profit organizers this week to see how they are doing on agenda and outreach.

Training updates
- Not much new with trainings this week.

Catering updates
- Carmela has the estimate for lunch and coffee for the whole camp. We'll review with the full team next week for final approval and to make our decision on catering.

Marketing updates
- Phil is keeping up with Twitter.
- T-shirts are in progress, should have something to look at soon.

Website updates
- Planning to get session submission and code of conduct acceptance/demographic info/meal preference launched this week.

Contrib day updates
- Gurwinder is onbboard as our contrib day organizer! He'll be working with AmyJune to put the day together.
