switzern@lmotl Thanks for detailed breakdown. We'll plan to submit the order to the printer on 7/16. We should have a good idea of our final budget after sponsorships by that day, so we can make the decision whether to print the logo on the sleeve then. Let's plan to finalize the details of the order on the 7/16 call.

lmotl commentedThe standard turnaround time is 10 business days. Anything needed faster than that will be charged a 5% rush fee per day it is needed earlier than that 10 business day turnaround deadline. I'll crosspost this in the t-shirt task.
Essentially, if we wind up ordering 150 shirts at $8.25 each ($1,237.5), we're looking at around $60/day extra that we delay ordering. It's really dependent on how many we wind up ordering though.

switzernHey @lmotl - We had a conversation about this in the #marketing channel in the DCCO Slack organization and I think we should go ahead and get the order placed. Here's the current count based on paid registrations on the website:
S: 3
M: 10
L: 15
XL: 11
2XL: 4
I think 150 feels about right for the shirts. For the volunteer shirts, let's go with a green that matches the website as closely as we can. Could you see about ordering the same number of volunteer shirts as last year? If I recall correctly, that was about right - or maybe we should order based on the available volunteer positions we currently have listed. Did you have anything in mind there?

lmotl commentedWorked with vendor today to start order. Requested 150 camp shirts of varying sizes as well as 37 volunteer shirts, based off of this year's and last year's data from the vendor's record. Also attached final vector files for design and selected colors for shirts (black for camp, kelly green for volunteers). Received initial invoice and design proofs—will have final sign off tomorrow once vendor returns email regarding a small change.
Total cost: $1433.25

lmotl commentedI ordered a onesie from a different vendor as ASPS could not do a one off (had to order minimum of 12 because design would have needed to be resized for the smaller garment).
