The client who wantedthe module implemented within OA sadly changed his mind...
but if you're OK to sponsor it.. I'll be glad to continue, otherwise, this will be postponed...

The feature will be implemented within version 2.0 of the module.
@thePanz I join here my first draft as a patch (it's made with Eclipse.. hope it's not a problem), but I'm ready to make the commit

For me it's ok!
I'm thinking about using "features" for the sub-folder name for storing the "meeting_planner" files. what do you think?
