Running Drupal 6.17 with the Date mod at 6.x-2.4 (also experienced on the latest dev of the module):

When I go to to create content > event, I get a WSOD. When I turn on PHP error reporting, I get the following message....

Fatal error: Cannot unset string offsets in /var/www/drupal/drupal-6.17/sites/all/modules/date/date/date_elements.inc on line 277

Have been doing some searches around the web but can't seem to find anything. Any help/ideas would be greatly appreciated.
