Include Dates Without Recurring Pattern

I think an "Include Date" section would be a perfect complement to the "Exclude Date" section of Dates (when editing nodes). It would be particularly useful especially if you have many dates to deal with but then the strange odd scheduling exceptions that Holidays sometimes create.

It should be nothing too complicated, infact something that looks exactly like the exclude date section but for including.
