French date can't work with months format xxx: July -> Juillet -> jui / June -> Juin -> jui

Hello KarenS,

I've got a big problem with my French date, I sort lot of date and my June et July date of the same year are mix because I'm using a three letters format.

When the first three letters are the same like Juin and Juillet, dates are mix...

Sure, there is no problem with english dates...
