Suppose my first day of the week is Monday (set under admin/settings/date-time). It seems that if I create an event on Monday and tell it to repeat every, say, 4 weeks, it will repeat after 3 weeks and after 4 weeks starting from the second repeat occurence.

This can be temporarily fixed by changing the first day of the week to Sunday, and saving the node again. The event will then repeat correctly, every 4 weeks.

It seems this is something to do with the way WKST=xx in the RRULE is handled in the repeat API.
