I have a website which shows a certain custom content type as well as a custom poll for that content beside it.
As soon as I enable the Date module, the page returns empty. I want to use the Date module but am unable to because of this. As soon as i remove the date module it works perfectly. Does the Date module conflict with the poll module?

I cannot see any conflict between Date and Poll. I can even add a date field to a poll. There are thousands of sites using this module and this has never been reported, so the odds are there is something else actually going on here. I can't reproduce it and no one else has reported it, so not much I can do.

Try disabling all contrib modules except CCK and Date. If it works right there, another module is causing the problem.
