Undefined index: value in date_field_formatter_view()

I originally saw this issue in the logs on Production when using Version: 7.x-2.10 of the Date module earlier this month. Today I updated the date module to Version: 7.x-2.11-beta3 locally and am also seeing it with that version. Locally I also updated Views to 7.x-3.24. CTools is up to date. I also edited (saved) taxonomy terms and views where the date field seemed to be problematic. None of those things helped, and while troubleshooting I saw your request to post issues related to the 2.11-beta3 version of the date module here. Adding it in case it's helpful to you or others.
