I am running a drush command that import entities with various fields. One of the fields I am trying to import is a date field.
Format: 2014-05-15T09:05:03.000
I am assuming the "Fractions of Second" .000 is what is causing the following problem. SQLSTATE[22007]: Invalid datetime format: 1292 Incorrect datetime [notice]
value...

I have no control over the source date. I have tried several workarounds including rules and computed field, no luck as of yet. I have also tried manually altering the database columns to a longer length. I have also tried both the DateTime and Date ISO formats.
Any suggestion on how I can get this into a date field?

P.S> I am not a PHP coder so not .tpl fixes please. Looking for something through the UI or other non coded fix. Will certainly use some PHP inserted code into a computed field, but can't write it myself.

Thanks
