https://drupal.org/node/1455578 says the URL for the time zone settings page is:
admin/content/node-type/[machine_name_of_node-type]/fields/field_[machine_name_of_field]

That does not work, though. I'd gladly update the documentation page with the correct URL but I cannot find the time zone settings page.

Fixed. That is the D6 path. The D7 path is admin/structure/types/manage/...
