Hello, first of thank you for the nice module!

I've notice that when I use the date contextual filter with a view result (displayed by the Calendar module in my case), an error is displayed when I type a date that is 4 years from now in the url (e.g. my.site/my_calendar/week/2016-W01)

This is the error:

Notice: Undefined property: date_sql_handler::$placeholders in date_views_plugin_pager->query() (line 164 of websites/my.site/sites/all/modules/contrib/date/date_views/includes/date_views_plugin_pager.inc).

The correct behavior should show a 'page not found (404)' since by default the date contextual filter has a 3 years range restriction.

I don't get any notices in the latest code, but I did find a few situations where you don't get the 404 error when you should get it, like if the pager value is moving you into forbidden territory, so I fixed that.
