Remove Repeats every 0 days

In function date_repeat_rrule_description we should add the following case to the switch statement:

case 'NONE':
return '';

This has the effect of removing the repeat rule message: 'Repeats every 0 days.' which is a confusing statement to make when there is no repeat rule.
