As I understand it, if the To column is optional in a date field and the user leaves it blank, then the Date module inserts the From column (value) into the To column (value2).
With this constraint, is it possible to create a filter that tests if the From and To dates are the same ie value = value2? That way I can filter our nodes with no end date versus nodes with finite date ranges.

arlinsandbulte commentedYes, this should be easy to create the desired filter in the Views UI...

vadym.kononenko commentedSorry but I need help. :) The same problem: Drupal 7.12, Views 3.
How to compare value = value2 in views filter?
Can someone describe it in a few words? Or show me direction to solve this problem...

damienmckennaI'm sorry nobody responded to your request, I'm going to assume that after seven years you worked out a solution.
