I have been trying to integrate an external table with a few hundred thousand rows with a taxonomy term list.

There's two problems I have. I have three columns that would refer to the terms of three different taxonomy vocabularies, but I can only join one column to the taxonomy column, when I try to connect a second column it deletes the join in the previous one. Also I cannot specify which taxonomy vocabulary to connect with.

Should I import each vocabulary as an external table to adopt?

i've got the same problem. It's allow 1 join for node 1 join for taxonomy and join for field collection item, paragraph. I hope it's allow multi join for same table
