The long list of operations is starting to get quite unwieldy.

CTools dropbuttons would be best here, though until #1557662: Add the dropbutton css from Views is fixed, they're not usable without adding CSS.

The dropmenu is an acceptable fallback.

Looks like a good addition. (And a sign to support these constructs in ctex_diff.)

I would set RTBC... if I didn't have to re-do the patch to make it apply - only because an 'else if' has changed to 'elseif' in the diff context, in the alpha8 release.

Also, now that we're here: can I sneak in an addition (in the interdiff)? The "Revert" link stays on the form after submitting it - and it should just redirect back to the overview.
