Database mismatch upon schema module enabled.

I enabled the core Search module and Schema module, and Drupal reports no problem.

I enabled the Data Search sub-module and it reports mismatch.
I disabled and uninstalled the Data Search sub-module and it still reports mismatch.
I disabled and uninstalled the core Search module, re-installed it, and Drupal reports no problem.

I repeated the steps above and I can reproduce the error again, so I think this would be the problem of Data module or Schema module. However I filed an issue here not to create a duplicate issue over there.
