Hi, I have set up a CCK text field dashplayer_media on a content type and inserted http://www.link_to.com/file.mp3. The aim is to use embedded media field to automate this.

Using contemplate for the above content type I changed the body as described in tutorials. I deleted everything and replaced with this:

   $params['node'] = '$node->nid';
   print dashplayer_get_player($params);

The player loads but there I cannot stream the mp3. Play / Pause does not work and the player is simply stuck on buffer mode with the icon.

The gateway test and player test work as described in the tutorial - I am using the latest recommended versions of all modules as described in the installation video as of 9 Feb 2010.

Try the following code....

<?php 
  $params['node'] = $node->nid;
  print dashplayer_get_player( $params );
?>

Let me know if this does not work.

Hi Travis

I think this is related to http://drupal.org/node/664312.

I have updated the code with same results so it must be the connection between Drupal and Flash as you mentioned in the above post.
