The site update report says darkblue 6.x-1.0 No available releases found warning. Most of the other themes in the site report that they are up to date. I ran cron manually just to make sure and still get the warning.

The message is now gone. There must be a cache in drupal.org that was holding the old information wherever the update report looks for updates.
