How do i start use decision tree?

I'm sorry to waste your time.
I want to ask how do i start use this modules?
I Only see 1 setting in the Configuration . call " D.A.I.L. settings " but nothing there.

I use Decision Tree in drupal 6 before
Now I use D.A.I.L in drupal 7

What should I do in D.A.I.L?
