Inappropriate capitalization of components

I don't know why this was decided, but apparently it was deemed a good idea to automatically capitalize the first character of every issue listing. For most things, that' just a matter of adapting, but in the case of components, it is inappropriate. I now get to see a "Ckeditor.module" component in the Drupal core issue queue. That's bad. Modules in Drupal core are specifically lowercased in their entirety. Furthermore, the proper capitalization of "ckeditor" is "CKEditor", which makes this all the more annoying to look at.

So: please revert the capitalization of components.
