I am using this view:

$view = new view;
$view->name = 'sp_story_pager';
$view->description = '';
$view->tag = '';
$view->view_php = '';
$view->base_table = 'node';
$view->is_cacheable = '0';
$view->api_version = 2;
$view->disabled = FALSE; /* Edit this to true to make a default view disabled initially */
$handler = $view->new_display('default', 'Defaults', 'default');
$handler->override_option('fields', array(
  'nid' => array(
    'label' => 'Nid',
    'link_to_node' => 1,
    'exclude' => 0,
    'id' => 'nid',
    'table' => 'node',
    'field' => 'nid',
    'relationship' => 'none',
  ),
));
$handler->override_option('sorts', array(
  'created' => array(
    'order' => 'DESC',
    'granularity' => 'minute',
    'id' => 'created',
    'table' => 'node',
    'field' => 'created',
    'relationship' => 'none',
  ),
));
$handler->override_option('filters', array(
  'type' => array(
    'operator' => 'in',
    'value' => array(
      'story' => 'story',
    ),
    'group' => '0',
    'exposed' => FALSE,
    'expose' => array(
      'operator' => FALSE,
      'label' => '',
    ),
    'id' => 'type',
    'table' => 'node',
    'field' => 'type',
    'relationship' => 'none',
  ),
  'status' => array(
    'operator' => '=',
    'value' => 1,
    'group' => '0',
    'exposed' => FALSE,
    'expose' => array(
      'operator' => FALSE,
      'label' => '',
    ),
    'id' => 'status',
    'table' => 'node',
    'field' => 'status',
    'relationship' => 'none',
  ),
  'promote' => array(
    'operator' => '=',
    'value' => 1,
    'group' => '0',
    'exposed' => FALSE,
    'expose' => array(
      'operator' => FALSE,
      'label' => '',
    ),
    'id' => 'promote',
    'table' => 'node',
    'field' => 'promote',
    'relationship' => 'none',
  ),
));
$handler->override_option('access', array(
  'type' => 'none',
  'role' => array(),
  'perm' => '',
));
$handler->override_option('items_per_page', 0);
$handler->override_option('distinct', 1);
$handler->override_option('style_plugin', 'list');
$handler = $view->new_display('block', 'Block', 'block_1');

For some reason custom_pagers thinks I only want 10 entries in my array instead of all entries.

Is this a default setting that I need to override? I don't recall this being an issue in previous versions of custom_pagers.
