for layout and configuration it would b great to have a singe subfield entry in the views_entity_form add fields dialog.
at the moment the layout with looks strange on views_entity_form.

This isn't possible. You can however set subfields to use the 'hidden' widget and set the wrapper to 'Default (div)` and should be able to achieve what you're after.
