Is there any plan to enhance this beautiful module like following?

On user page, another new block should be there which shows only tags which is being used by user in his post. May be we can name such block as 'User writes about...'

yes, there is need for that.

And also good if blocks are displayed vocabulary-wise.

I don't get you... Are you suggesting something like a cumulus for the current node's tags?

yes, I'm suggesting something like cumulus for user's post.

On the block it shows this author/user writes about tag1, tag2, tag3,...etc. and that comes in cumulus style.

tag1, tag2, tag3 will be a list of taxonomy terms of stories posted by that user. If you are interested, I can help generating such feature.

this is something like 'meyers Writes About:' block on the page http://www.nowpublic.com/meyers

I believe 3D cumulus should at least offer the same as tagadelic, that is one bloc per vocabulary (no more need to specify the vocabulary id in the bloc settings) and also one bloc for the current node's tags.

But what is asking user -phd in this issue is somewhat different because this is not supported by tagadelic (as far as I know) it is showing all tags (from all vocabularies?) that have been added by a specific user (probably the current node's author, but who knows..)

But i think you can make more block for each vocabulary like tagadelic.

Can we've separate query to generate tag list on such block?

something like this

  SELECT tn.tid, td.name, td.vid, n.nid, count( tn.tid ) as cnt
  FROM {term_node} tn
  INNER JOIN {node} n ON n.nid = tn.nid
  INNER JOIN {term_data} td ON td.tid = tn.tid
  WHERE status = '1'
  AND td.vid = <VOCCAB_ID>
  AND n.uid = <ACCOUNT_UID>
  GROUP BY tid
