When using XMLSiteMap (http://drupal.org/project/xmlsitemap) there is dialog integration and none of the links were popping in a modal. After looking into it it seems that the that the reason was that there is a ?destination= at the end of the line and the link href ends with the nojs. All in all it is a corner case where there is a query and the last item is the %ctools_js . Will attach the patch once I have the issue number.

There is a patch for this in the core issue for D7 about this (I forget the nid offhand unfortunately) -- we need to see if these are the same, as we want those regexes to match

Could not find the other issue but as far as I can tell, HEAD has the same replace regex as DRUPAL-6--1

Thanks Earl! I searched for about five minutes for ajax, nojs, and replace in D7 and I don't know why it didn't come up.

Marking this issue as a duplicate of #565808: nojs/ajax replacement since it already has a D6+D7 patch being worked on.
