I receive the below error message when loading site. I removed chaos tools, updated with the latest version and continue to receive the same message.

If the file ctools/includes/css.inc is missing, then your installation is somehow corrupt. That file is there in CVS and in the tarballs. I recommend doublechecking 1) that the file is there and 2) if it is not, check to make sure you unpacked the tar.gz file correctly.

Thank You! For some reason IZArc wasn't extracting all the files(extract all was checked). I successfully extracted the files with WinRar.
