When i go to Settings -> Access in a page edit or Variants -> Panel -> Selection Rules the error "warning: bcompiler: Bad bytecode file format at 00000000 in /var/www/***/web/sites/all/modules/ctools/includes/plugins.inc on line 250." appears :S

Sounds like your install is somehow corrupt. That particular error is very local to your system and is almost certainly not about the actual code. It may be some kind of PHP misconfiguration or something in the webserver was having issues. There's nothing I can do.
