Hi everybody!

I've installed Panels 6.x-3.0-alpha2 and CTools 6.x-1.0-alpha2 and enabled Delegator module for panel page creating in admin/build/pages.
If I'm adding Panel Task Handler for any of System Pages and save all configurations, I can't edit this handler, I even can't delete it.

Is anybody here with same problem?

This problem should be fixed in the -dev version.
