I visited a client site and got an ugly fatal error shown in the title.

Specifically

Fatal error: Call to undefined function ctools_js_to_arg() in /home/content/[go_daddy_ccustomerdetails]/html/includes/menu.inc on line 814

I have not gotten this error on any of my other sites, just this one on GoDaddy. I am going to do a diff on ctools against a clean copy to see if their malware erroneously deleted a file from the ctools module or the includes directory in core.

You will have to install new version of CTOOLS module.
The function ctools_js_to_arg has been added in latest version 2.0.8.

what is version 2.0.8? does version 7.x-1.6 have the function ctools_js_to_arg()?

ok the function is defined in 7.x-1.6. I see that the ctools API has its own version number of 2.0.8 within the module version of 7.x-1.6.

I have same issue, the function defined, but look like the ctools.module is not included yet in some cases.

Hi... i have the same problem:

Trying to load the homepage it gives me:
"Fatal error: Call to undefined function ctools_js_to_arg() in /home4/beerofro/public_html/includes/menu.inc on line 816".

I ran update.php and it gives me two different error:

1a -PHP 5.2.17
Webform requires at least PHP 5.3.

2a-Notice: Undefined index: description in system_requirements() (line 451 of /home4/beerofro/public_html/modules/system/system.install).

I don't know if they are related to the "ctools_js_to_arg()" problem.

For the 1a error i tried to delete the 'webform module folder' from the 'modules's folder' and for the 2a i searched but still nothing...

For sure it's all related to module updates..

Somebody else has same problem? somebody sucessed to fix it in another ways?
