Release Version 7-x1.4?

Hey there,

I just wanted to ask whether it would be possible to release another version in the 7.x-1.x branch. It's only been 4 commits since 1.3 but it's still been more than half a year.
I'm particularly interested in #1925018: Adding a renderable-array block to a page gives errors in the admin UI because that can cause the entire page_manager UI to fatal, which is not cool. #1586324: Exporting a taxonomy term page manager variant with vocabulary selection rules exports vid instead of machine_name is also quite useful IMO.
