Hi,

I planed to update ctools 7.x-1.3. Updates are successfully installed. After ctools update done, then i clicked the panel edit page its throws the fatal error.

Fatal error: Unsupported operand types in /var/www/html/ahlantest/includes/common.inc on line 4437

Following version installed previously:
Panels: 7.x-3.3+10-dev
ctools : 7.x-1.2+6-dev

Following modules are updated
ctools : 7.x-1.3

I too am getting this now.
It seems to work for some panes, but when I add a particular block -it dies.

after some more searching in the queue, this is a duplicate of https://drupal.org/node/1925018 and patch in #66 fixed it for me.
